We can make the following assumption; dogs are the most playful among the all pets, they constantly feel the need of the owner’s attention and his care, and the best method for providing attention to them is a game, regardless of breed or age of a dog. Dogs are born to be predators, they will never become someone’s prey, but in those moments when they are lacked in the opportunity to live in their natural habitat and hunt, they took the games themselves. It’s interesting that the game is an integral part of any dog, because they can develop, move, gain confidence and so on. If such an animal deprived of this possibility, it will “fade” very soon, may lose appetite, become ill or even lose the ability to reproduce offspring.
There are different games for dogs. Particularly you can use special toys for dogs.
About sizes of dog’s toys; shouldn’t be very small, because otherwise the dog could easily swallow them, which is a negative impact on health. The same applies to their forms, toys should not have any sharp edges, so that your pet avoid injury. The best toys for puppies and adult dogs can become a special rubber balls and bones, which they can chew. Conventional balls are not suitable, as any dog will break them in seconds.

The wolves live in pairs, but the entire flock during the hunting is going under the leader’s leadership. Responsibilities for wolves are strictly divided: one wolf is out on the trail, another is off the road for future production, and the most courageous attack. First the leader can eat. For wolf pack the rest begins only after the meal, when the pack is satiated.
Probably the people, who lived in more or less settled communities, threw the bones and remains of food to the hungry wolves and little by little wolves understood that a person has a perfect weapon: stone tools, arrows and traps. Wolves began to perceive man as a leader, because they felt his superiority as a hunter. Gradually they began accompanying him on hunting at a distance and returned with him to the village for getting their share of production.
So over time people began to domesticate a wolf pups, in the result of this there were wolves in a few generations, who participated in the hunt not as observers, but as well assistants, flushing and cutting off the gazelles or antelopes.
For taming the horse, deer or an elephant, a man must have their catch at first, then put in a cage and crush their will by force. However, the dog became the only animal, which obeys the power of man without resistance.
In conclusion it is a friendship of equals, based on mutual interest , called hunting.

There are more than five thousand breeds of domestic dogs, which owe their physical and psychological qualities of a wolf or a random mutation (the results of crossbreeding of dogs with the jackal can’t be taken into account).
There are the common ancestors for the dog and the wolf, but these mammals have gone to two different ways: some were wild and fierce, while others were pets. In spite of this, the basic quality remained unchanged for centuries: both the wolf and the dog wag its tail, expressing pleasure; tail is short, from fear, shows his teeth and growl when angry; mark their territory, they have the same period of gestation; they are subject to the same parasite and diseases.
The breeds of dogs that had already modern look began to appear in Neolithic period. There are many different breeds of dogs, because of the natural mutation, ddaptation to climatic conditions or human-separated crossings. However, modern classification of certain breeds of dogs is based on the ability to one or another kind of activity: hunting, herding, guard, working, fine.
The most credible hypothesis tells that the first distinct breed of dogs was Saluki, Arabian Hound, whose name translates from Arabic as “noble.” The first time the concept of “rock” has been defined precisely by the Arabs, in favor of this interpretation. Initially it was about horses, and then – about dogs.

For example, in Egypt, they placed tombstones with mournful epitaphs written on them for the dead dogs. Man, who killed the dog, was subjected to cruel corporal punishment, but for some acts of cruelty to these animals relied death penalty.
Killing of dogs is considered a crime also in Persia. According to the laws of Persia dog was defined as “the keeper of flocks and defender of rights”.
It’s enough to turn to the Greek products from clay to the sculpture and literature for understanding the role that dogs played in the mythology of this country. The Greeks believed that the dog fashioned volcano.
One more interesting fact about dogs; in pre-Columbian America after the man’s death his faithful four-footed friend was murdered and buried along with the owner.
The dogs are described as lesser beings, eating garbage on the roads, in the Old Testament. In the Bible they are mentioned about forty times, almost always pejoratively.
It’s true, that in the East the dogs were not better. There were “pocket” dogs, which were kept as ornamental and wore a kimono sleeves. However, it is known that in the III. BC. e. dog’s meat was considered as a delicacy and did not get away from the tables of aristocrats. We can meet this tradition also in our days.
